system will perform a system check and display the results to Customer. This check looks
for common problems in the content and layout of newsletters, but is not exhaustive and is not
represented as a complete check. Megastar Newsletters provides no warranty as to the
suitability of its newsletters to the purpose for which they are intended or any other
purpose. Once accepted and purchased, no edits or refunds will be allowed.
USE OF NEWSLETTERS
The end product from this website is a MegaStarNewsletters newsletter. Once purchased,
you may use your Newsletter as you see
fit including, but not limited to printing without limitation, making unlimited copies, and/or
distributing or posting electronically. You may not, however, sell, trade or

all submitted photographs and biographical text and will not distribute said text and/or photographs to
other parties. Customer changes or additions to story text and story fill-ins shall become, and
remain the property of Megastar Newsletters. By communicating changes or additions to story text
or story fill-ins to the MegaStar Newsletters Web site, you agree that Megastar Newsletters has the
right to publish story text, or any portion thereof, for any purpose, including, but not limited to,
incorporation into new and/or existing stories, advertising, sample newsletters and promotional purposes.
In the event such materials are used for promotional purposes, MegaStar Newsletters will change all
personally identifiable information. Submitted photographs will not be used in promotional materials
without your advanced written permission. Testimonials are
accepted via e-mails to suggestions@megastarnewsletters.com
